- We DO NOT sell or offer the RAW/Negatives.
- Deposit may be required to hold session date and time. No refunds. (non weddings)
- All day wedding coverage is no more than 10 hrs from start of coverage.
- We reserve the right to charge a 50% holding fee for cancellations not received 36 hours prior to shoot. (non weddings)
- Session fee must be paid at the time of your shoot. (non weddings)
- Online gallery will remain available for 30 days after session unless requested at time of shoot.
- Proofs from image gallery may not be used for personal use.
- We do not give images of any resolution away. If low resolution images are requested (restricted for social media use), a full resolution photo or print must be purchased first. There is a $35 per photo fee additional fee for low res. CD's of images can be purchased starting at $650. (non weddings)
- Beau Ridge Photography, LLC may crop images to fit print sizes ordered.
- No altering, cropping, or editing of any image is allowed without expressed written consent from Beau Ridge Photography, LLC.
- There is a $150 minimum of prints purchased from each session, unless otherwise agreed. (non weddings)
- Beau Ridge Photography, LLC is not responsible for quality of printing, incorrect orders, misprinting, damaged prints, prints lost in mail. Printing orders must be paid in full at the time of order. All prints must be ordered through the Beau Ridge Photography Store, unless digital prints are purchased and is agreed upon.
